MACHINING CENTERS The PRODUCER is a high speed,
BRIDGE TYPE, CNC machining center designed for production miling, grinding, engraving, drilling, routing and profiling.
PRODUCER machining centers are offered with 1, 2 or 3 high speed spindles, to suit many
applications. There are two (2) models to choose from, which include the
PRODUCER 1620 (20" x 16" x 6 travels), and the PRODUCER 3040 (40" x 32" x 6" travels). With the rigid, BRIDGE TYPE design, higher speeds, closer
tolerances and smoother finishes can be obtained.
The compact design of the PRODUCER, and spindle speeds of 45,000 RPM, makes this machine ideal for many applications, including 2D or 3D engraving, machining of
electrodes, molds, dies or rapid prototyping.
All PRODUCER machining centers offer the Fagor 8055, high speed, state of the art,CNC control system, ultra precision ballscrews and heavy duty linear guide ways,
assuring positioning accuracies at high speeds.
Optional features include an automatic toolchanger, programmable 4th axis rotary table, full enclosure for dust protection, higher spindle speeds and probing.
